Distinct Character, a protocol of The Sovereign Bureau, is operated by Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co.
Digital Products
Distinct Character protocols, companion materials, and resources are digital intellectual property delivered through the Distinct Character portal.
Due to the immediate-access, downloadable, and intellectual nature of these products, all digital product sales are final once portal access has been granted. Refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, and cancellations are not offered for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to begin or complete a protocol
- Failure to download materials during the designated access period
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
- Purchasing without reviewing the product description or prerequisites
- Inability to participate because of personal scheduling or circumstances
- Duplicate materials already owned by the purchaser
- Removal or expiration of portal access according to the stated access terms
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, phase requirements, prerequisites, completion window, and access terms before purchasing.
Technical Access Issues
A technical access problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
If you experience difficulty accessing the portal or your purchased materials, contact Distinct Character so that the issue can be investigated and corrected.
A refund may be considered when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- Payment was successfully processed but access was not provided
- A verified technical failure caused by Distinct Character prevents access and cannot reasonably be corrected
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law
Technical-access requests must include the purchaser’s name, order email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
Application-Based Offers
The Self-Mastery Blueprint and The Enterprise IP Mastermind are application or inquiry-based offers.
Submitting an application or inquiry does not create a purchase or guarantee acceptance. Accepted participants will receive the applicable investment, payment, cancellation, and participation terms before payment.
Any separate written agreement or payment terms issued for an application-based offer will govern that purchase.
Unauthorized or Unrecognized Charges
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, contact Distinct Character promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
Submitting false claims, initiating an improper payment dispute, or attempting to retain access to purchased intellectual property after receiving a refund may result in termination of access and restriction from future purchases.
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Refunding a purchase will result in the termination of portal access associated with that purchase.
