Enterprise Tier – Commercial Incubation
The IP Mastermind is a 12-week commercial incubation environment for self-mastered women ready to convert their governance architecture into intellectual property. Not a coaching program. Not a business course. A structured extraction, formatting, and positioning process that produces deployable IP from existing expertise.
The output is owned architecture. Frameworks with names. Systems with structure. Positioning with precision. IP that can be licensed, delivered at scale, and converted into revenue streams that operate independently of the founder’s direct involvement.

The Architecture
- Module 1: IP Extraction. A structured audit and extraction process that identifies the proprietary frameworks, systems, and methodology already embedded in the applicant’s existing expertise. Maps what exists, names what is implicit, and isolates what has commercial value as standalone intellectual property.
- Module 2: Structural Formatting. Converts extracted IP into formally structured frameworks with defined components, named systems, and documented methodology. Transforms tacit knowledge into transferable, licensable, and teachable intellectual property.
- Module 3: Pricing and Positioning Matrix. Establishes the commercial positioning, pricing architecture, and market placement of the formatted IP. Defines the buyer, the tier, the delivery mechanism, and the revenue model.
- Module 4: Soft Power Sales and Licensing. Installs the authority-based sales and licensing methodology appropriate for high-value IP. Covers institutional inquiry management, licensing negotiation fundamentals, and high-ticket positioning that does not require conventional sales tactics.
This Room Is Not For
The IP Mastermind is not the appropriate next step for every woman who has completed the Distinct Character ecosystem. The incubator is designed for a specific profile. Read the following carefully before applying.
- Women who have not completed the full Distinct Character installation sequence. The commercial leverage this incubator builds requires a fully governed internal system as its foundation. Without that foundation, the IP produced will not hold under commercial pressure.
- Women who are still building clarity on their expertise or direction. IP extraction requires something that already exists. This process does not build expertise. It architectures it.
- Women seeking a business coach, accountability partner, or general entrepreneurship program. This is a precision incubation environment. It produces a specific output. If that output is not what you need, this is not the right room.
- Women who are not prepared to operate at the commercial and intellectual level this tier requires. The application process exists to confirm readiness. It is not a formality.
You built the system inside yourself. Now you build it into something the world can pay for.
The Application Process
The cohort is small and curated. Three steps. All three must be completed before a decision is made.
Step 1: Written Application. Complete the written application in full covering your phase completion status, existing expertise domain, commercial objectives, and what the incubator will produce that you cannot produce independently.
Step 2: IP Viability Review. Applications are reviewed by Azari Solenne to assess whether existing expertise contains the raw material for viable intellectual property architecture.
Step 3: Strategic Interview. Applicants who pass the IP viability review are invited to a strategic interview. Investment details are disclosed at this stage.
