Framework Licensing

The frameworks that constitute the Distinct Character ecosystem are intellectual property developed by the A. Solenne Institute and maintained by The Sovereign Bureau. They are named systems with defined architecture, documented methodology, and established research foundations.

This page is for individuals and organizations seeking to license Distinct Character frameworks for use in their own commercial products, programs, curricula, or organizational systems. All licensing inquiries are handled through the A. Solenne Institute. Pricing is not published on this page. Licensing is always custom and pricing is determined after the full scope of the inquiry is understood.

  • Single Framework License: The right to use one named Distinct Character framework in a commercial product, program, curriculum, or organizational training system.
  • Multi-Framework License: The right to use three to five named Distinct Character frameworks commercially. Scope, territory, and duration defined in the licensing agreement.
  • Institutional License: Full ecosystem licensing for organizations implementing the complete Distinct Character governance system across their organization, training program, or client base. This tier requires a formal proposal, institutional review, and a custom licensing agreement. Azari Solenne is directly involved in all Institutional License negotiations.

Exclusive use of a framework within a specific industry or territory is available under separate negotiation. Exclusivity requests are evaluated carefully and handled entirely through the A. Solenne Institute. They are not a standard component of any licensing tier.

  • ·  Formal licensing agreement with defined scope, territory, and duration.
  •  Attribution and branding requirements.
  • Usage audit rights. Distinct Character reserves the right to review how frameworks are being used.
  •  Renewal terms.
  • A licensing brief document covering the research foundation and clinical basis of the licensed frameworks.
  • Modification rights. Licensees may not alter the frameworks without written approval from the A. Solenne Institute.
  • Sub-licensing rights.
  • Ownership transfer of any kind.
  • Exclusivity unless separately negotiated.

All licensing inquiries are directed to the A. Solenne Institute. Submit your inquiry with the name of the frameworks you are seeking to license, the intended commercial application, the scope and territory of use, and your organization or practice context. Incomplete inquiries will not be reviewed.
