The Enterprise IP Mastermind is a 12-week commercial incubation environment for self-mastered women who are ready to convert established expertise into structured intellectual property.

At this tier, the issue is no longer self-governance. It is leverage.

Your knowledge may currently depend on your presence, time, direct delivery, or continued involvement to produce value. The Enterprise IP Mastermind closes the gap between possessing expertise and owning intellectual property that can be structured, positioned, licensed, scaled, and deployed beyond you.

This is not a business course, coaching program, or general entrepreneurship container. It is a focused extraction, formatting, and commercial-positioning process built around expertise that already exists.

The incubator supports:

• Identification and extraction of proprietary frameworks, systems, and methodologies
• Structural formatting of existing knowledge into transferable intellectual property
• Commercial positioning and pricing architecture
• Selection of appropriate delivery, licensing, or institutional pathways
• Authority-based sales and licensing preparation

Intended Outcome

A defined body of owned intellectual property with clear structure, positioning, and commercial direction.

Participants leave with expertise that is no longer dependent entirely on their personal presence to create value.

This Room Is Not For

The Enterprise IP Mastermind is not designed for:

• Applicants who have not completed the full Distinct Character installation sequence
• Women who are still developing clarity around their expertise or direction
• Applicants seeking general business coaching, accountability, or entrepreneurship education
• Women who are not prepared for the commercial and intellectual demands of this tier

Intellectual property extraction requires substantive expertise that already exists. This incubator does not create expertise. It architectures it.

The Application Process

The Enterprise IP Mastermind cohort is small, curated, and does not accept rolling admissions.

All three application stages must be completed before a final decision is made. Incomplete applications are not reviewed.

Step 1: Written Application

Complete the written application in full.

The application addresses your Distinct Character phase-completion status, expertise domain, existing intellectual property assets, commercial objectives, and what the incubator would produce that you cannot produce independently.

Superficial applications are declined without review.

Step 2: IP Viability Review

Selected written applications move to an IP viability review conducted by Azari Solenne.

The review assesses whether the applicant’s existing expertise contains the raw material required for viable intellectual property architecture and whether this incubator is the appropriate environment for that work.

Step 3: Strategic Interview

Applicants who pass the IP viability review are invited to a strategic interview with Azari Solenne.

The interview evaluates commercial readiness, strategic clarity, and cohort fit. Investment details are disclosed at this stage.
