Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Distinct Character website, products, applications, inquiry processes, customer portal, downloadable materials, and related services.

Distinct Character is a protocol of The Sovereign Bureau and is operated by Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co. In these Terms, “Distinct Character,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co. in connection with its operation of Distinct Character.

By visiting the website, purchasing a product, submitting an application or inquiry, accessing the customer portal, downloading materials, or otherwise using Distinct Character services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, purchase a product, submit an application, or access the portal.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use Distinct Character products and services.

By using the website or making a purchase, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You are purchasing for your own lawful use.
  • You will comply with all applicable product prerequisites and access conditions.
  • You will not use Distinct Character materials for unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Distinct Character Products

Distinct Character provides structured self-mastery protocols, companion materials, resources, guided integration experiences, and commercial incubation offers.

Most products are digital and are delivered through the Distinct Character portal. Depending on the product purchased, customers may be able to:

  • Access the purchased protocol
  • Download protocols and accompanying PDF materials
  • Access companion resources
  • Track progress
  • Review completion activity
  • Use available implementation-support features
  • Enable optional access for a licensed therapist or mental health professional

Product descriptions, prerequisites, prices, completion periods, and access terms may differ by product. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable product page before purchasing.

3. Product Sequence and Prerequisites

Certain Distinct Character products must be completed in a defined sequence.

Purchasing or attempting to access an advanced phase without completing its stated prerequisites does not create an obligation for Distinct Character to provide access, make an exception, modify the product, or issue a refund.

Where completion of prior phases is required, Distinct Character may request reasonable confirmation of completion before granting access to the next phase, reviewing an application, or admitting a participant into a curated offer.

The Self-Mastery Blueprint requires completion of all five Distinct Character phases before an application will be considered.

The Enterprise IP Mastermind is reserved for applicants who meet its stated readiness, expertise, and commercial-viability requirements.

4. Orders and Payments

Purchases are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or authorized fees.

An order is not final until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.

We may decline, cancel, limit, or review an order when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Duplicate orders
  • Failure to satisfy product prerequisites
  • Misuse of the website or portal
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Product unavailability
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

If we cancel a paid order before access is granted, the applicable payment will be refunded.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered through the Distinct Character portal unless the product page states otherwise.

After a successful purchase, customers receive the applicable portal-access instructions through the order-confirmation process, email, or another designated delivery method.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address
  • Checking your inbox, spam folder, and promotional folders
  • Maintaining access to the email address associated with the order
  • Following the provided portal-access instructions
  • Contacting support promptly if access information is not received
  • Downloading materials during the applicable access period

Failure to access or download a product because you provided incorrect information, failed to check your email, or did not use the product within the designated period does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.

6. Portal Access and Completion Periods

Portal access is limited to the period assigned to the purchased product.

Each product may have:

  • A defined completion window
  • A post-completion access period
  • An automatic access-expiration date
  • Prerequisites that must be satisfied before access begins
  • Completion requirements that affect eligibility for later phases

Access may end when:

  • The designated completion window expires
  • The stated post-completion access period expires
  • A refund or payment reversal is processed
  • The customer violates these Terms
  • Portal access is misused or shared
  • The customer requests account deletion
  • Access is otherwise terminated under the applicable product terms

Portal access does not constitute permanent hosting, indefinite storage, or lifetime access unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Customers should download any materials they are permitted to retain before their access period ends.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the protocols and resources responsibly
  • Complete the work at a pace appropriate for your circumstances
  • Follow stated prerequisites and completion requirements
  • Maintain the confidentiality of portal-access information
  • Prevent unauthorized access to your account or materials
  • Notify Distinct Character if you suspect unauthorized account use
  • Use accurate information when tracking progress or submitting applications
  • Respect the intellectual-property rights associated with all materials

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and use of the information provided.

8. Optional Practitioner Access

The portal may allow a customer to involve a licensed therapist or mental health professional in the customer’s implementation process.

Practitioner access is optional and initiated at the customer’s direction.

When enabling practitioner access, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to provide the practitioner’s contact information.
  • You are requesting access voluntarily.
  • You understand what information or progress data the practitioner may be able to view.
  • You are responsible for managing and revoking the practitioner’s access.

Distinct Character is not a party to the professional relationship between a customer and their therapist or mental health professional.

Any therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, professional advice, confidentiality obligation, or other service provided by the practitioner is solely between the customer and the practitioner.

9. Educational and Informational Purpose

Distinct Character products are provided for educational, self-mastery, personal-governance, implementation, and commercial-development purposes.

They do not constitute:

  • Medical care
  • Mental health treatment
  • Psychotherapy
  • Diagnosis
  • Crisis intervention
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Tax advice
  • Licensed business or investment advice

The availability of optional practitioner access does not convert Distinct Character into a healthcare provider or create a therapist-client relationship between Distinct Character and any customer.

You should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional when your circumstances require medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

10. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Distinct Character protocols, companion materials, written content, graphics, frameworks, systems, methods, templates, exercises, resources, product names, portal content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the purchased materials for your own lawful purposes.

Unless you have received express written authorization, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the materials for another person
  • Share portal access, login information, files, or download links
  • Sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, or distribute the materials
  • Publish the materials online or in print
  • Upload the materials to shared drives, membership sites, databases, or public platforms
  • Teach, coach, facilitate, certify, or provide services using the materials
  • Modify the materials and represent them as your own
  • Create derivative products based substantially on the materials
  • Remove copyright, ownership, trademark, or attribution notices
  • Use the materials for commercial training or organizational deployment
  • Upload or submit the materials to generative artificial-intelligence systems, model-training systems, shared knowledge bases, or document-analysis platforms without written permission

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

11. Enterprise IP Mastermind Ownership

Applicants and participants retain ownership of original expertise, materials, and intellectual property they owned before entering The Enterprise IP Mastermind.

Participants also retain ownership of original intellectual property they independently create through their own expertise during the incubation process.

Distinct Character and Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co. retain ownership of all proprietary:

  • Teaching materials
  • Frameworks
  • Templates
  • Processes
  • Examples
  • Methods
  • Incubation structures
  • Licensing guidance
  • Commercial architecture
  • Program materials

Participation does not transfer or license Distinct Character intellectual property to the participant beyond the limited personal use expressly permitted.

Separate written agreements may establish additional terms for a specific cohort, licensing arrangement, collaboration, or commercial engagement.

12. Applications and Inquiries

The Self-Mastery Blueprint is application-first. The Enterprise IP Mastermind is inquiry and review-based.

Submitting an application or inquiry:

  • Does not guarantee acceptance
  • Does not reserve a cohort position
  • Does not create a purchase agreement
  • Does not require Distinct Character to provide services
  • Does not guarantee that the offer is appropriate for the applicant

Applications and inquiries may be accepted, declined, deferred, or redirected based on prerequisites, readiness, cohort capacity, expertise, commercial viability, or fit.

Accepted applicants will receive the applicable investment information, payment requirements, onboarding instructions, participation terms, and any separate agreement before admission is finalized.

When a separate written agreement applies to an application-based offer, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.

13. Refunds and Final Sales

Digital-product purchases are governed by the Distinct Character Refund Policy.

Due to the immediate-access, downloadable, and intellectual nature of the products, sales are final once portal access has been granted, except where:

  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • Payment was processed but access was not provided
  • A verified technical failure caused by Distinct Character cannot reasonably be corrected
  • A refund is required by applicable law
  • Distinct Character expressly approves an exception in writing

Failure to complete a protocol, use the portal, download materials, satisfy prerequisites, or achieve a desired result does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and will result in termination of the associated product and portal access.

14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, contact Distinct Character and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

An improper chargeback, false unauthorized-payment claim, or attempt to retain access to materials after receiving a reversal may result in:

  • Immediate termination of portal access
  • Suspension of current participation
  • Restriction from future purchases or applications
  • Recovery of amounts lawfully owed
  • Enforcement of intellectual-property rights

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your financial institution or applicable law.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Distinct Character does not guarantee any specific personal, psychological, behavioral, relational, professional, financial, business, licensing, or commercial outcome.

Results depend on factors including:

  • Participation
  • Completion
  • Implementation
  • Prior experience
  • Personal circumstances
  • Professional support
  • Market conditions
  • Expertise quality
  • Commercial readiness
  • Decisions made by the customer

Testimonials, examples, scenarios, and descriptions of intended outcomes illustrate possible experiences. They do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same result.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website, portal, products, or services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with website or portal security
  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content
  • Impersonate another person
  • Submit false purchase, application, or completion information
  • Harass customers, practitioners, participants, or staff
  • Circumvent product prerequisites or access restrictions
  • Share, resell, or commercially exploit materials without authorization

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Distinct Character, its customers, its intellectual property, or its systems.

Grounds for suspension or termination may include:

  • Nonpayment or reversed payment
  • Credential or file sharing
  • Intellectual-property infringement
  • Harassment or abusive conduct
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Attempts to bypass prerequisites
  • Unauthorized commercial use
  • Security threats
  • Material violation of these Terms

Termination for misconduct does not create a right to a refund.

Sections concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related rights survive termination.

18. Third-Party Services

The website and portal may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, communications, forms, security, and other operational functions.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services, systems, content, outages, or policies that are outside our reasonable control.

19. Website and Service Availability

We may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or portal when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, security issues, hosting failures, internet outages, payment processors, or other events outside our reasonable control do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

When a verified Distinct Character technical failure materially prevents access, contact support so the issue can be investigated and corrected.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Distinct Character and Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, portal, products, materials, applications, or services.

This includes loss of income, revenue, opportunity, data, business, reputation, or anticipated results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. Where those restrictions apply, this section will be enforced only to the extent legally permitted.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co., Distinct Character, The Sovereign Bureau, and their owners, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website, portal, or materials
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Your unauthorized distribution or commercial use of Distinct Character intellectual property
  • False information you submit
  • Your misuse of practitioner-access features

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the party seeking indemnification.

22. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Distinct Character Privacy Policy.

By using the website, purchasing a product, submitting an application, or accessing the portal, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in that policy.

23. Electronic Communications

By providing an email address, you consent to receive transactional communications related to:

  • Orders
  • Payments
  • Portal access
  • Product delivery
  • Applications
  • Inquiries
  • Cohort decisions
  • Technical support
  • Policy or service updates

Transactional communications are necessary to administer purchases and services and are separate from optional promotional marketing.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, operations, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, portal, or email when appropriate.

25. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, applicable product description, checkout terms, and any separate written agreement, constitute the agreement between you and Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co. regarding your use and purchase of Distinct Character products and services.

If a separate signed agreement applies to a curated cohort, commercial incubation engagement, or licensing arrangement, that agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.

27. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates a right or remedy that must remain available under applicable law.
